Cottage Team are a family run business that offers a range of services for your holiday cottage or second home in the Derbyshire Peak District. We provide an end to end service, from bookings, to guest communication, to changeovers, to laundry, to property management.
As holiday let owners ourselves, we have a deeper understanding of what it means to rent out your property. This underpins everything we do, it’s at the core of our business. So whether it’s taking extra care and diligence or offering complete calendar flexibility, we strive to do things differently.
We pride ourselves on our personal, hands on approach. With over 15 years’ experience and as owners of a number of successful holiday cottages in the Peak District too, we fully understand that owners’ and holiday makers’ expectations are high, and that they expect the very best each and every time.
We have our own in-house housekeeping, laundry & maintenance teams, resourced from our own permanent members of staff (not by subcontractors or self-employed casual staff). We also have our own in-house professional laundry, company vehicles and cleaning equipment. This allows us to operate consistently to the highest standards with well trained teams, who are dedicated to supporting your holiday cottage business. We have offices at Lumford Mill, Bakewell and our in-house professional laundry is located at the Alison Business Centre, Sheffield.
